The "Scientific selection" projects funded by Carnot STAR for 219 were selected on November 21, 2018 at the Cité de l'Innovation et des Savoirs Aix-Marseille.
The selection committee, composed of COMEX members and Carnot STAR stakeholders (SPV CNRS, Protisvalor, SATT Sud-Est), reviewed presentations of 10 projects, and selected 5. The selected projects received a total of 377 000€ in funding from Carnot STAR.
To be eligible for this call, projects had to involve one or more research units within the Carnot STAR area, be in line with its fields of application and one or more of its themes: Sport, Health and Well-being. For the 2019 edition, projects involving the participation of several laboratories were prioritized as they contribute to structuring the Institute.
