Project summary
Mouv'en Santé is a platform for data collection and individual assessments, offering validated questionnaires and self-administered physical tests to the French general public. Science for and with society, this project aims to provide a public health barometer.
The benefits for participants come from individual assessments of lifestyles (diet, sleep, screen use, physical activity and sedentary time, mental well-being, self-perception, motivational goals, perceived quality of life, etc.) and fitness levels (6 physical tests are offered). Collective accounts enable teachers to use the platform to organize and manage local health projects. Targeted information and recommendations are provided for primary prevention in the fight against sedentary lifestyles and physical inactivity.
Researchers aim to map health status and PA levels, and identify health predictors.
We aim to develop this project with an integrated monitoring solution that can be offered to volunteer participants. To ensure the long-term sustainability of the project, financial partners are welcome. In particular, we are looking for CIFRE funding or a thesis mutual attached to this student health project.
