At Global Industrie 2024, Arnaud Hays presented an example of the research he is currently carrying out within the HIPE Human Lab unit
.
Through this example, he shows how research originally carried out for top-level sport can become a major innovation in the health sector and other areas of society.
He also discusses a number of themes during the conference:
- The recent creation of the UAR HIPE Human Lab and current projects,
- The thermoregulating vest project,
- The value of collaborative work (with other researchers as well as with companies)
- The transition from a research activity to an innovation that can be used by a wider public (objectives, stages, listening to the market...).
