This integrated platform combines resources for numerical simulation, multi-scale experimentation on bodies donated to science, surgical research with animal models, and investigations involving human volunteers. The research resources made available to aid the development of equipment for use with the human body (medical devices, surgical protocols, individual equipment) and developments and expertise in human body simulations, "Virtual Man".
